HFS Jump Force is a competition and demonstration jump rope team. Members of the team range from elementary school age to college students who on average have been involved with the sport of jump rope for 9 years.

 

The mission of HFS Jump Force is to promote physical fitness by example through demonstration of their skills, and to encourage kids of all ages to stay fit while fostering confidence and leadership.

 

The team has achieved tremendous success, earning several gold medals at the US national competition, as well as earning a place on Team USA in 2010 to compete at the World competition in England. HFS members have earned gold medals at the Jump Rope National Championships, Grand National Championships, AAU Junior Olympics, and the International Rope Skipping World Championships.

 

These student-athletes not only dedicate many hours of their time in practicing to increase their performance level, but also in community service projects and school events to promote health and physical fitness, responsibility, and leadership to students around the country.
